Twisted my ankle near the end of the race. Stepped into a hole I didn't see in the undergrowth.
Just let time and rest heal this injury.
Update: I misjudged my recovery as my ankle was easily re-injured on my second run. I wasn't 100% as I thought I was, more like 50%! I've only sprained my ankle once previously as a teenager, so my experience in this matter was lacking. See new entry for second round.
