L Knee, Impact wound / trauma

Came off HARD off MTB, weird fall. Hit knee hard somehow and cut up R) leg on cogs. Big lacs on knee, could be nasty.
Rest helped, NSAID too.
14/5/12 PUS! everywhere. L) and R) cuts looking quite manky after removing fixomol - skanky!
16/5/12 Betadine is the go. After one day wounds looking alot better. Knee is still a bit creaky too. Sore after shift at work.
17/5/12 Road cycle has exacerbated Knee++ RICE at home.
