Felt like a cramp. First days contuously, afterwards only when using muscle, then pain gradually decreased every day a little bit.
Recovery: Rest, no workout
Cause: No Training Scheme. Too fast too many km: started running jan 15 after years of doing nothing. Did run 10km by the end of feb in 1h6min (after 6 weeks), 2x 10km + 1x7km in that week. See http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/user/1587669
