Fri: After seeing Kim (physio) it felt alot better.
Sat: Rest and walking.
Sun: Sprint on roads -felt it abit. Not top intensity. Some improvement maybe but it feels stiff this evening.
Loose laces and padding round the low heel seems to help. Lifts foot slightly and away from back of shoe.
Tues: Asics Nimbus -slightly lower heel -these seem better?
