En route to recovery of my feet injury, I got my gait analysis done and it was pretty clear that my running style was making things worse in conjunction with overpronation. I was asked to change my running style !!! It has been hard but there is progress. Although the downside of chiro adjustments of the feet & running style change is causing sporadic shin spilnts. Hopefully, we can figure this out and fix it soon!!!
Lot of rest, chiro, laser therapy and running form changes!
