Numbness that engulfs one or both feet. Iniated after 25 - 30 minutes of solid running. Makes running difficult and can become extremely painful. Releaved by removing shoes and resting feet. Tight laces seem to help.
I've had this on and off for several years and it came back shortly before the Christmas break.

Note: After seeing physio I now know it is due to my whole body being too tight and I need to stretch out regularly to overcome the problem.
