dull ache acts up when running. started from pushing speed sessions too much over last week or two.

Friday Feb 24, still sore, particularly when running on flats. been going easy on it, and icing after each workout. no noticeable improvement yet.

left side pretty much better, now its the right side. icing religiously after long runs.
