13 hours in a coma, rushed in a helicopter to Allen Memorial in Moab and stabalized. Bad News...don't forget to hydrate and use some form of electrolyte replacement
IV, rest, Intensive Care Unit resolved the problem. I need to max out my electrolyte replacement and will be using nuun more religiously. Since then I have completed one race in the desert and no significant issues
