After long-course race the calf remained stiff for a few days, later stiffness was felt only somewhere deeply in the calf. After the week it was painful to walk downstairs and first steps after sitting or in mornings was annoyingly hurtful. And still calf was stiff somewhere deeply.
Several rest days, cycling instead of jogging, very easy and gently runs, stretching. It took about a 1-1,5week to recover
