Short runs to overcome to work on running form; Only a little hill training for the moment. Short & sharp runs 5km for the moment up to 8 km in August, More Strength training in October after Killarney AR;
Getting the muscle functioning properly and keeping it out of spasam while building up strength in calfs and legs in particular.
