Torso, Lower Back Pain

Grade: 3

Back tightened up.
May 24: strain had shifted to right side near hip only
May 25: unable to run but able to cycle lightly.
May 26: okay for swimming!
May 30: Felt good after ride.
May 31: back to hockey

Need to do more regular core work! Torso is too imbalanced otherwise!
