Grade: 2

My coach had warned me about playing basketball in running shoes, but I had done it a few times before practice and not had problems. My arch started hurting on Thursday, and at first I didn't know why; Crowe tried to blame it on orienteering. But then I remembered I had played basketball, and that was the only thing I had done differently than normal.
At first I thought it would go away with ice and a couple days rest, but I came back and did a hill workout, and that aggravated it. Now I'm waiting until it's completely better before I run again (with the exception of a meet Sunday and the Georgia meet the week after that) since track season starts in a few weeks.

When I first hurt it, I could still run on it, so I did. But then it didn't get better, so I stayed off it, and it healed a lot quicker.
