Piriformis or hamstring strain. F*CK!
Started out around the same time as the Snowshoe Raid, I assumed I just had a tight knot in my butt. Continued running and it gradually got worse making it's way down my hamstring with the affects felt the next day from a run.
Physio recommends a lot of stretching. Hopefully recovered within a few weeks without any running.
Biking and swimming, which both seem fine for it, will have to keep me in shape. C'mon bike weather!
UPDATE: MRI results do not indicate bulging disc so this is more than likely an SI strain causing this whole mess. Time to get loose...
First time doing yoga in 8 months; no back pain. About 95% healthy good enough to deem it healed.
