3/28/07 - I'd say I'm recovered enough - not using the wrap and running without problems, but still cautious not wanting to overdo it.
Same R hamstring - tripped running on Wakarusa St sidewalk with Sat morning Dog Days group; rolled onto grass nicely enough but hamstring was jarred enough to feel mild pain - nothing sharp. Finished 5K run. Went home and iced. Canceled plans for hilly 10 mile trail run tomorrow.
Tripped just 2 weeks ago, too. Need to get off the streets and into a safer place like trails and woods. . .
