R Lower Leg, Achilles Tendonitis

Started with soreness in lower calf.

Not sure what caused it but first sign was lower calf soreness. Could have been as a result of trying to do some speedwork. Get treatment early next time this happens. Gradual build-up, running alternate days seemed to work quite well. Don't try doing intervals until I've built in some efforts into my normal steady runs first.
