R Hip/Pelvis, Hip Pain

While running Carlton Hill (not a good idea) 12 times, I pulled the legaments and now it's sore pretty much all of the time. Should recover in a couple weeks if I don't run the hill again.

It helped a bit after going for a run to ice it but I trained harder than I usually do even without an injury and it still got better which is pretty fortunate.
