OCIN TROL / WARS #7 Harbin Park: OCIN_Harbin_Jan_2019_3 Orange

Harbin Park, Fairfield, Ohio. Courses by Pat Meehan. A pretty major snow storm dumped about 10" of snow on Cincinnati in the 36 hours before this event. The courses, designed for normal conditions, required possibly a full hour extra for the advanced courses because of the difficulty of moving through the snow. We realized the reason the park didn't close is because it contains one of the major sledding hills in the area, so it's prioritized to have snow removal. We had 42 starts and about 49 competitors total. Thanks to Bob Frey, Dave Lane, and Karen Rekos for help with registration, and to Tom Svobodny, Joe Roman, Greg Fasig, Ben Hart, Stephanie Ross, Casey Walter, Dave Lane, and Karen Rekos for help with control pickup. Mike Minium printed the maps and Matthew Robbins ran the results computer.
