3. The middle trail. Liked it so much I decided to run it back to 5. Very little climb, pleasant. Lots of people running both directions to say hello to.

5. Wanted to attack from the trail bend, as I knew that some people had trouble in this area on Saturday. Split is slightly slow as I stopped at the aid station for a spot of Gatorade.
6. And a fig newton.
7. Didn't go through the swamp. Maybe should have, but the woods were very open and dry!
8. Knew I needed to run hard if I was going to be under an hour ... third time on the same bit of trail ...

10. On the trail for as long as I could, then through the field.
11. Only walked a few steps, and ran a perfect line. My split looks pretty good compared to the guys on Red ... but the next one doesn't ... I may have taken the split before punching...
F. Because this split seems a little slow ...
