1. started off slow and coughing badly
2. just smooth and steady, kept to the left of the vegetationstill keeping left of the rough stuff. headed for the end of the wall.
3. kept left again of the vegatation, saw the rocks from a distance and went straight to them.
4. cut the corner a bit early and went in to the forrest a bit high, but could see the bare rock from a distance and was lead in by 2 novices approaching teh control from the bottom.
5. went straight back up the forrest onto the road to run around.
6. ran back tot eh road to run around

8. +00:10down to the road and cut in a ditch too early, couldnt see the control
9. triaed to keep to the edge of the forrest, and saw the control from a distance. never did see my attackpoint which was the bare rock
10. ran back to the ditch and earth wall and follwed it into the control
11. kept out of the rough stuff and ran round the left. dropped into the green early, at the boulder, ran diagonaly back up to teh top and stumbed onto the control on top of the crag, was expecting it on the bottom.
12. tried to up the pace to and along the road
13. +00:10stopped early and couldnt see the control from 5 m away
14. just ran along the waters edge
15. went were no orienteer had gone before, got covered in black jacks
16. +01:30my mistake leg, went down to the road insted of up to the road. and went too far left and missed the road.
17. +00:15control was in the wrong place. felt stupod checking the control to see if it was mine, then it turned out to me mine.
18. this is the leg that hurt my calf. ran past a lot of slower runners and it really hurt
19. nothing tough here
20. ran past the finish to the final control, felt a bit sill
F. +00:10didnt run in cause my calf was on the verge of cramping an I could feel that I had done some damamge to it
