6. +06:00Good plan - cross first hill and contour around the second to arrive at a gully which would lead to the control. Execution was not good, as I ended up going down a spur to the left of the gully and encountering some buildings which I couldn't see on the map. Decided wandering around was just costing me time so I started to go back the way I came when I stumbled across the gully, from which I was able to relocate quickly and fund the control. Next time I should be more aware of how I'm drifting and keep closer contact with the map and the features around me.
