Felt pretty good considering Sunday's effort. Legs were a bit tired, but the run didn't feel like a hard slog to get through. Happy with the recovery.

Very sore this morning, so just an easy walk and stretching to loosen the body up.

Orienteering race 2:56:00 [4]
A fun race down in Niagara with Eddie and Simpy. We worked well as a team and never had any real big mistakes. I think there were 2 spots where Gally and his team made a bobble and that was the difference in the end for us to beat them by a few minutes. The young guns where way out in front and cleared the course.
I realized in this race we need to start registering as masters now.
