Off to the Lakes for the week.
It feels like I may have tweaked (over extended?) my L knee yesterday. Bike coming with me.

VHI Relay, a different bit of Mallards Pike.
WMW Relay with Jackie Scarf and Laura Goy.
4.4 km middle leg. Took over a couple of minutes down and handed over in 2nd. Team eventually finished 4th English team but also 4th overall :)
England won overall by the biggest margin I can remember.

M50/Short Brown, 7.4km 250m.
2nd to Jason Inman (62:50). Happy enough with that.
