First round playing off the ground and on the full length white tees so very happy with that.

Orienteering race 45:00 [3] 5.0 mi (9:00 / mi)
shoes: New Balance MTHIERO6

EPOC Urban race, Hebden Bridge and Mytholmroyd.
Men Supervets. 2.4km + 1.9km.
Time includes transitions between Mytholmroyd and Hebden.
Cruisey run with some weaving around tourists and waiting to cross busy roads.

shoes: VJ Integrator (yellow)

British Relays, Hutton Mulgrave and Skelder.
M60 leg 3 after Tim and Nick L.
3.2km 80m.
3rd place.
The first 6 controls were lovely technical vague woodland. 7 and 8 were less pleasant before a couple more in the nice stuff to finish. Caught AIRE half way round but too much to do to catch EPOC and BOK. Calf was sore again after 10-20 mins.
