Just to get out of the house! I started picking up cans etc along 14th st. PAssed a bucket that must have fallen off a truck - should have picked it up because I ended up with too many cans etc to carry - 5 water bottles, 3 cans and one juice box!

Ski fitness was cancelled because the snow had turned to icy puddles...so Christin, Marsha and I did a workout on Nose Hill. Tried to push on the hills. Also did some strength at the playground near home. So good to get out!!

Still a lot of ice around which necessitated some fancy footwork. Tried to up the tempo at one point but then the path became very icy. Had to walk up a couple of hills. So not the best run - but hey, I got out!
