Stretch & Strength 40:00 [4]

Tough weights class this morning. Must do it more than once a week to improve my overall strength, especially the upper body.
Took it easy yesterday so the left calf could heal. It's feeling better this morning. The ski season has wound down with the unusually mild weather.
But looking forward to lots of hikes and maybe some field work a month earlier than usual.

Over Hogs Back to the grocery store for a few items. Cold and windy.
Pulled a muscle in my left calf just a couple of blocks from home. Deep inside, so massage doesn't help very much. Back to the bike trainer tomorrow.

Coleman loop late in the afternoon. Nice and mild.

Back was very stiff when I got up this morning. The S&S class helped but it’s still stiff and a bit sore.

Revelstoke loop on a mild evening. Stiff to start, then Ok, then I needed a good stretch when I got home.
