Tried again as it was a beautiful sunny day, but struggled and felt like l have lost all my fitness and am starting again. Found myself feeling grateful for the invention of the sports bra and other inventions that have revolutionised women's lives during my lifetime.

Street O at Mitcham. Nice tRicky course and quite hilly.

I've been working really hard the past week (have hardly been out of the house) and had people to stay, and was too tired to go to orienteering (although l would have loved too) and too tired to run today. Even walking was hard. I am on the last draft of my report (they sent it out for another review - grrrrr) and hopefully the end of my working life, at least for a while, is in sight.
