World Cup Sprint - well that was shite. Just felt like I physically fell off a cliff about 5 minutes into the race, legs turned to lead, and I couldn’t do anything about it. Losing 1.5mins in the last 7mins of a race, pretty much entirely on running speed, is ridiculous. Especially when I’ve been running so well recently. Can’t explain it. So embarrassed :( Great to see Charlotte bosh out a top 10 though! Hopefully will feel good again by the weekend.
