Friday lunchtime swim date with the husband. Felt I was swimming better than last week. Still had to stop to fix my hat and goggles a few times though. Had a break for a quick chat too. Will do something more structured next week. Hamstring fine swimming. Just can’t I mean shouldn’t run.

Great area and course. Unfortunately I was shuffling and made some bad route choices. Would have been better to go almost straight especially on 6-7.

Yes might ache tomorrow. Realised that my right glute is very tight too which could be part of my other niggles. A bit frustrating to not do what I wanted to in the last week.
