Four hours in Glen Dye yesterday. Not a single tick.
Calf had settled a bit by morning.
Westhill physio. Not JC, but happy enough.

Glen Dye control checking. Really worried about this with yesterdays calf state, but marked improvement…not sure why / how. Took a walking pole anyhow. Still took a lot longer than if I could run, but lovely day, and the worst of the far flung or high up ones are done. Bracken just about to explode….but it hasn’t yet :-)
Tweaked the calf something rotten when climbing over a gate in the afternoon. Could barely walk back up the lane. Physio booked.

Could feel the calf but no pain.

Pleasant walk in Potties with T, Ch, and BH. Really sorry not to have been able to run with the latter two and D and DT these last two days. Keep rolling.
