managed to get the session done today, felt much more in control, the hr would occasionally generally at the start of the rep drop a bit but then i would wiggel the chest strap and it would shoot back up to where it was supposed to be. Happier with that, legs fet much better.

Warm up was fine legs maybe feeling a bit tired post xc. Then started first rep and the hr is all over the place plummeting so I push harder to raise it but think it was a device problem rather than my hr, so ended up running too fast so was a bit knackered in the rest and I'm now feeling my shins a bit and calves, am distracted by this so don't hear the beep to start running so end up having a huge break then try to start the next rep but the timings are all wrong, I was struggling to get motivation and hr up all while stressing about how my legs were so decided to call it a day.
Guess the body just wasn't ready for a session yet
