Waiarakei? Reserve Papamoa, flattish walking/cycle trails. Several run bursts. Felt great despite sore L glutes, outer hip and leg, sciatic nerve, shin. Front and outer ankle, top, arch, and ball of foot. Siobhan's pain presentation yesterday really helped my mindset.
