Some Sprint training before I head to a wedding for a weekend. The pace was about 7-8 minutes with trainer when I slowed down but I got to about 6 minutes when I pushed. Not sure how many miles because I forgot to start watch. He was nice to give me some breaks so I wouldn’t pass out LOL.Three days off before I start working out again….this will be fun.
