Lightweight strength and rolling. Hammie should be good for orienteering tomorrow as long as I take it easy.

Loosening hip abductors and trying to activate glutes and roll hamstrings

Easy cruising on some powder drifts and a few bumps. Didn't notice any hamstring pain but was taking it easy. Still incredible conditions for what was a lean winter for snow.

Right hamstring still not loving sprinting and had to stop playing for a while. Still can't get it to release tightness and pain when kicking. Mostly ok during recent flat runs.
