V beautiful easy run in the sun up to Ringinglow (backwards route) + 4 x strides. Legs feeling alright, needed to eat something more before this as hit me at the end but not the end of the world. Somehow kept swallowing flies which i gyess made up for it :)
hamstring feeling a lot better today but still a bit of tightness. Not too worried just gave it another rest day as absolutely don't want to risk anything

On friday after about 2 hour walk, left hamstring started to hurt, and did through the rest of fri and sat. I think quite minor, maybe pushed it a bit hard on thursday evening, so rested these two days and getting better. pretty busy exam week next week so good to have a few day off
