A bit of a mess. Ran too hard for training and wasn’t focused so ended up making an absolute howler at 22. Massively overshot as I wasn’t concentrating and then scrappy to find it after relocating. Also a few small misses and was tired after yesterday. Good fun anyway :)

Good session tonight. Continuous reps meant that it got harder and harder. Maybe went a bit fast in the hard and so was falling off on the floats but got the desired result anyway.
