Tired, but nice chat with the guys. Trying a route with more elevation, hamstring a bit tighter thanyerteday, probably the new exercises that i have done in the gym

The group was doing some intervals in were each interval have a bigger scale than the one that they have done before. 10000-7500-5000-2500
I did it at easy pace, after the 3rd scale the last control of this scale was the first of the 4rd scale, decided to loop around to not repeat the attack to the control.
I enjoyed a lot, even if i felt rusty
