ate too soon before this and so was feeling violently ill the entire time and had to go home early rip. also trapped my finger in something which while it doesn’t affect my running was very painful and i’ll take any excuse to save me from the embarrassment of being dropped by sophie + my dad

was supposed to go swimming with my mum and her injured calf tonight but the session was sold out :( really should take advantage of the pool literally 20 metres from my house though

bit faster around a little housing estate in penrith post train. bit tired after a very delayed flight yesterday and not the best sleep but glad i did this otherwise i would not have left the house once i got home. good fun though, was not feeling particularly fast but better than nothing!

very slow jog round some more controls from the women's open from a while ago, apparently i ran this course but i have no memory of that happening. ended early for an emergency trip to the sainsburys toilets and my mum was already finished so i didn't do any more
