2km WU 4 x ~1.5km Sprintervals w/ 3min standing/walking rest Got a stitch towards the end of interval 3 and had to stop for a minute and then jog the rest and then took a little extra rest at the end. Same happened again on interval 4 so it skipped interval 5 and 6. Got into a few traps but mostly good. Legs were not feeling great so the pace is a little disappointing
