Sweltering ride into the hills. Out on roads, including a larger climb than expected, then cut through on some tiny trails in the middle of nowhere. Got fairly lost and had to push the bike up a hill for a while but eventually found myself back on tarmac. Found a roadside tap which saved me from shrivelling up too hard

8 * 3' (90") round a sandy loop.
In no man's land between the boys and the Todge, but got through fairly consistently. Felt like an actual kenyan, dopamine levels through the roof

Ruined at 62 by some if the worst vegetation I've ever tried to get through. And a fat snake. Ran back along the beach
