Colwick Loops. Back on the only hilly part of nottingham. Bit mentally grim and not helped now it's overgrown with nettles coming over half the paths but was decent enough once I got going. Upper v close to separating from the midsole thanks to a massive whole so hopefully I can get that fixed before it falls off mid run
