Control pick in Hällen. Made quite a few mistakes. Ran without control description so lost a lot of time just finding the control. Exit direction was typically right, drive was okay when I picked it up.

18 x 40”/20”. A pretty chill workout and I took it not too hard. I obv wanna train as much as I can but ik I gotta take it easy this week so I can handle the fast pace on Saturday. GPS was def acting up bc I was def running faster than what some of the splits were saying.
