Vysočina Cup, Stage 3, H50B. Ran/hobbled with a twisted ankle, subjectively not bad for the circumstances, objectively quite slow.

Vysočina Cup, Stage 2, H50B. Twisted the “good” ankle early into the race, hobbled till the end, managed to finish but only just.

Very tough on the feet today, Orienteering at its best.
