Spinning. Was only planning to do 1h but was enjoying eggheads a bit too much so kept going until it finished. Right knee a bit sore, feels similar to pain in march/april 2022 where a tight IT band was the culprit so will start doing the exercises for that again.

Ankle exercises, IT band exercises and wobble board.
Saw a physio today who said that while my peroneal is a bit weak the pain is just inflammation of the ankle joint. Walking and then running (as long as it's not more than a 2-3/10 pain) is the best way to reduce this inflammation so I'll be gradually increasing the running, once it's not too painful, alongside some cross training which I'm really not looking forward to but needs must. Overall quite positive news, glad it's not a tendon issue.
