Crags with wozzle and joe. Lungs fine to start but got really poor towards the end :( will just do what I can at the weekend away and try not to stress about it. Think basically the mentality at the moment needs to just be on enjoying the running while I'm in the process of both getting some inhalers and trying to fix my sleeping patterns, as it's too hard (physically and mentally) to train with these issues going on, so I've just decided to not worry about it and run feel like it I want to for the time being. Pretty depressing as I am so keen to train and have been really motivated the past few weeks but I just can't deal with being in pain on every run. On the sleep front I slept from 10-2 last night and couldn't get back any more after that. Will maybe start logging the sleep to keep track of it.

Not a good day, still in the process of trying to change my sleep patterns so spent the whole morning absolutely exhausted then caved and napped from like 2 til 5. Decided not to ran as asthma is bad enough just sitting around in the flat so don't want to be demoralised even further by it being bad while running. Going to find a way to get some inhalers cos it's starting to affect my sleep which is just so grim, starting to hate winter tbh cos was like this last year too.

Tiny meadows shake with wozzle. Wasn't planning on doing this but woke up at 4 and just could not get back to sleep so was kinda keen to get on with the day by the time this rolled around. All the joints in my right leg feeling suspect, hopefully just after the inactivity last week.

EUOC ints. 8 (2) 2 (1) 8. Meant to be more than this but pretty bad asthma day in the cold so just happy to get a reasonable amount of work done tbh. Ball is in the doctor's court so can't really do anything to alleviate the asthma symptoms and will just have to deal with it for the time being which is annoying but very much just a happens.

Zero motivation to train today so was very happy at dinner when georgia said she was doing a seat lap from pleasance, probably wouldn't have got out without the company. Highly enjoyed and felt good plodding away.

To Stan's to drop off his bag with his wallet and phone in, then to lidl then home. Asthma not unbelievable but better than expected, had had a few pretty major coughing fits in the morning. Good day, woke up at 10 and will try to make that the standard but who knows really.
