Long distance training at tower hill. Lovely day but had to start late while I waited with Euan at the start.

Wooooo post baby pb.
Parkrun at mount barker. Wanted to get just under 25 but smashed it. Very happy :)

orienteering 45:00 [3] 5.0 km (9:00 / km)

Watts gully run like a bush pig training. This is my new favourite map in SA. It’s so bloody lush and easy to get through. Has a lot of wonderful mining features. Brilliant. Needs to be remapped.


Took Euan out on the first 3 controls in my backpack. Then met up with simon and then I did the last 9 controls myself and Euan went with simon to do the last ones.

Felt ok but hopefully this will improve my speed if I keep doing this.
