7x~6min at Cottonwood park. Legs felts stiff and no pop. In part because of the grass and wet shoes (it was just watered). I probably need to stretch on a regular basis. Times ranged from 5:53 to 39, with paces from 7:17 to 6:51.

Red course at Fox Run, Rocky Mt. State Games. 7.1 km straight-line. First starter, so I had to wake up all the controls. It was a good run in that I navigated well except a couple minor goofs. Physically I felt decent, but I certainly couldn't just go full-bore like I've done in the past, hence the lower average HR.

Island Grove to Kodak and back. On the way out, had to go around a train stopped on the tracks via F street. They had unattached the cars and opened a gap for the return trip.

PLC out to Kodak and back. A couple of turkeys were along the trail that a few cyclist were photographing. A crop duster was out too, but it was calm so I don't think I got dosed with whatever they were spraying.
