Back home, easy hour on the bridleway and round the lanes with Ro for the first 3 miles. Felt decent considering all the travel. Really nice to be back.

w/ Max out on the trail. Pretty decent one, nice to be sessioning with someone again. Slept on the floor of my empty apartment last night and got probably an hour of sleep at most, probably not going to sleep tonight as flying back to UK so will just see what training my body wants to do for the remainder of the week. This was good though, shape is decent.

Easy morning miles with George round zoo. 6x20” strides after. Felt better throughout the run. Might do session tomorrow, probably something tempoish on the trail before heading back home in the afternoon.

Filthy hangover. Hardly any sleep last night. May give session a miss tomorrow as not slept well last few nights and about to probably miss out on an entire night of sleep when travelling back home on Wednesday.
