Road bike 54:50 [2] 13.63 mi (14.9 mph)
ahr:121 max:140 shoes: Fuji road
The flat roads around the house/park. Not a lot of energy. Back to using the garmin 910 with the HR strap which I think is more accurate for HR.

Hike 3:23:10 [1] 5.15 mi (39:27 / mi) +407m 31:40 / mi
ahr:87 max:153
Stony Brook scouting for control locations.
7 PM
Kayaking 2:00:00 [1] 6.78 mi (17:42 / mi)
Full moon paddle #80 with Stina. A nice fall night, bright moon, no wind, glassy lake. An uneventfull paddle until we got to the south end of the lake, and we saw what I first thought was a beaver swimming close to the boats, but it really didn't look like a swimming beaver, and it never dove to get away from us instead it went to shore and ran fast to get away from us. The sound from the foot falls made me think deer but it didn't look like a deer head when it was swimming. After looking at some online photos decided it must have been a coyote.
3 PM
Mountain bike 1:35:41 [3] 10.6 mi (6.6 mph)
ahr:114 max:143 shoes: 29er
OCP with Stina. Took the 29er. First ride after taking out the 20 mm travel restrictor in the fork. Travel previously was 100mm now 120 mm. much better fork action, smoother and softer so it did not beat me up as much. It seemed to lose the "topping issue" it had before. I'm not sure about the handlebar set up now (as low as possible) seem to put too much weigh on the front end.
