Snowy Maiden Moor and High Spy with Harrison
Great conditions in the snow, maybe ankle deep in places. My unused new ice axe (from 2 years ago) got used as a walking stick... I'd have happily continued round the Newlands horseshoe but Harrison was understandably a bit more cautious

North Western fells mini Wainwright bagging with Harrison
First time in the hills together and sharing some Lakes love. Forecast was deteriorating so got out in the morning and kept to a lower level. Easy to get up Ling Fell, a bit rough on descent then bogs to Graystones weren't as bad as we feared. Some snow on the ground higher up. Wind chill pretty cold on the top. Broom fell felt a bit cold then a great descent. Really fun in the snow. Then a small loop from the car to get Sale Fell as well. A good first day

Accessory: 20s ES band lying hip abduction ISO, 15 band frog glute bridge, 10 band 12kg goblet squats and 20s hollow hold into 10 sit ups
Conditioning: 3 sets of 2 mins skierg (3 mins) ~440m

Flat road lap around Leckhampton and the university
Saving the elevation for the weekend. Legs a bit fatigued from yesterday's split squats. Road running isn't as much fun but is easier going!
