Decent race. A few hesitations on control descriptions. Not feeling the best, and ran out of gas at the end, you can see exactly where in the splits. Ian lost a minute early on me and made it all back up.

Legs feel very tired.

Feel shitty for not really following a training plan or being consistent. But feeling mildly sick for a few weeks and a very busy and stressful time at work hasn't really allowed good training. Work should calm down the end of this week, so training should look better
