I had never been to Howth before! Well over 2hrs to get there. 90 minutes on Dart and extra time at both ends. A fantastic hill run, fantastic views, and despite the long travel time to get there, I will be keen to go again.

Was tired last week, but much better today. Set out to do 19k, but headed home when I could feel quad after about 10k. Quad seemed to be fine after about a k but continued to home anyway.
With O tomorrow and hill run on Wed, maybe that was for the best.
