Walk in the Lakes - east of Ullswater, horseshoe starting from the chapel up to High Raise, Rampsgill Head, Rest Dodd, round Angle Tarn Pikes and back along Beda Fell. Wet and windy, left leg pretty painful and ankle sore afterwards.
